Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and Welcome Visitors: Provide a warm and friendly welcome to visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a positive first impression.
Answer and Direct Phone Calls: Handle all incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
Maintain Front Desk and Lobby Area: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Manage Visitor Log: Monitor visitor access and maintain security by following office procedures, including managing visitor badges and sign-ins.
Assist with Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling mail and deliveries.
Handle Inquiries: Respond to general questions and inquiries, providing accurate information or directing them to the right department.
Coordinate Office Supplies: Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Schedule Appointments: Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings.
Support HR and Office Management: Assist with administrative tasks related to HR and office management as needed.
Qualifications:
Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree
Experience: Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional attitude and appearance.
Ability to manage time efficiently and work under minimal supervision.
Basic administrative skills, including filing, typing, and data entry.
