· Develop and agree the project execution plan with the project team and ensure that all parties have a clear understanding of the deliverables.

· Prepare the project quality plan.

· Prepare method statements for all MEP work activities

· Prepare inspection and test plans for all MEP work activities

· Preparation and implementation of a documented Quality Management Systems that promotes high performance levels within the business.

· Define the daily efficiency work rates for inspections at various stages of the project.

· Ensure adequacy and effectiveness of the QMS operating on each Department in Head Office and Projects, ensuring that the system is established, maintained and continually improved.

· Ensure that all QA/QC documentation is managed and up to date.

· Regularly and at specific intervals, agree with the Operations, Project and Departmental Managers, to audit Departmental and Project Quality Management Systems.

· Organize regular QMS progress meetings to enhance the ongoing internal audits, corrective and preventative actions, promoting continual improvement of the QMS and Implement 'Benchmark' Protocol for Business Unit/project requirements

· Responsible for monitoring the Archive to ensure that it is properly controlled and maintained.

· Co-ordinate with the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) Certification body.(as applicable)

· Maintaining/Reviewing goals of company and projects to obtain the maxim success and productivity.

· Assemble and forward project closeout documents that include O&M manuals, as-builts, warranties and managing the closeout process.

· Navigate construction team to resolve matters that affect safety, quality and/or inhibit the logical progress of work

· Manage the performance of the down stream work package QA/QC Third Party Contractors.

· Ensure continuity and commonality of QA/QC processes and procedures of the downstream work package QAQC Contractors.
