Oversee all aspects of on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
Lead and manage construction teams, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers, to facilitate effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards, promoting a culture of safety on-site.
Manage EPC projects from initiation through execution, including planning, execution, monitoring, and commissioning phases.
Review and approve construction plans, schedules, and progress reports, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Foster strong relationships with ADNOC and other major oil and gas company representatives, ensuring smooth project execution and compliance with their standards.
Provide mentorship and training to junior staff, enhancing their skills and knowledge in construction management practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 20 years of experience in construction, with at least 15 years in a managerial or supervisory role within the oil and gas sector.
Proven experience managing EPC projects, including FEED and commissioning phases.
Demonstrated experience with ADNOC or other major oil and gas company projects is mandatory; ADNOC approval is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
